Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all order over $90. For orders below $90, standard shipping costs applies.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once it has been processed, delivery times vary depending on your location.

During the holiday season, please allow up to 5 extra business days for dispatch, shipping and transit times. We work as hard as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at info@eliaskin.co.

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take a lot of care when packing your order. If for some reason your product arrives damaged or incorrect , please contact us at info@eliaskin.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Products

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are thoughtfully developed and gentle, however every skin is different. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend patch testing before use.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All Elia Skin products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Do your products contain nasty ingredients?

No. Our formulations are free from silicones, parabens, and synthetic fragrance.

What does “using the whole olive” mean?

Across our product range, we work with multiple parts of the olive and olive tree, valuing each element for its unique properties. This includes formulas centred on olive skin, olive seeds, olive leaves and olive oil.

This approach allows us to honour the ingredient fully while reducing waste.
