The products listed on this website may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Eliá Skin will attempt to make the products and quantities advertised on this site available at all times. However, this cannot always be guaranteed and Eliá Skin will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of checkout. Customers will be notified as soon as possible when this occurs and advised on next steps.

HANDLING

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. We recommend using tracked postage so parcels can be followed from dispatch through to delivery. All Australian orders automatically include tracking.

Eliá Skin does not take responsibility for untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. Eliá Skin will assist where possible to trace missing parcels; however, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

Eliá Skin is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order at our discretion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store and to promptly update your details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
